Why are tritium tubes left in night sights?
Because probably the radioactive part of the tube is still left inside the sight base. When those tubes come out, the tritium is left inside. I’d call the manufacturer and see if you can mail them the slide and have them do the replacement of the sights, making sure to keep them where they are.
