Can you get both claw and Root fossil?
You only ever get one of the two Fossils, either Claw or Root, but not both. The best way to obtain the opposite Fossil Pokémon is probably to breed yours and put the baby on the GTS, requesting the other Pokémon. Many people eager to complete the Pokédex will jump at the chance to get their missing Fossil Pokémon.

Well, Anorith has great Attack, but its Speed is very slow, and if it can’t attack enough, then it could get wiped out easily. I like Cradily more because it has more balanced stats, and it has a better movepool. Also, Rock/Grass is hard to come by, and comes in handy against many types.

I’ve never found a Lileep or Anorith in the wild but I was able to hatch enough from those 7km eggs from gifts to even evolve them into Cradily or Armadlo, respectively. Sadly, its for the specific ‘catch’ research task 8/9 in the lets go meltan.
