- Visit your eye care practitioner (don’t have one?) for a complete eye exam and to be fitted for your CooperVision contact lenses.
- Once you’ve purchased your eligible CooperVision contact lenses, you can begin the process of submitting your rebate.
- Upload your documents and enter your information.
How do I check my Cooperision rebate?
You can track the status of your rebate submission any time www.coopervision.com/rebates. Just select “Check Status” and use your Tracking Number or your Name and Zip Code. It’s that easy!
Where do I find my Cooperision rebate offer code?
The offer code is located at the bottom right hand corner of your rebate form and is in the format of 20-XXXXX. The rebate form is provided by your Eye Care Practitioner.
How do you get rebates from contacts?

Are there left and right contact lenses?
Generally speaking there is no major difference between left and right contact lens. The only difference that makes you pay some attention towards the contact lenses of both eyes is the “Prescription”.

Blinking too early makes it hard to put in contacts. If you tend to blink or squeeze your eye shut before putting in your contact lens, you may have to hold open your eyelids. If you need to, use two fingers, on one hand, to hold open the bottom and top eyelid, so you don’t blink. Open your eyes widely.
