If you never try anything new, you’ll miss out on many of life’s great disappointments. So my Logitech G402 mouse arrived today. But what makes the mouse highly unsuitable for my needs is that despite a completely over-the-top configuration software, there is apparently no way to assign a double click to a button.

The sensor is very responsive and the shape is comfortable to use in long gaming sessions. I highly recommend the G402 as a good replacement to the MX518 or G5. The body of the mouse is too narrow for my hands; however, if your hand is not that wide then you’ll be perfectly fine with the shape of the mouse.
