I bought a Proform 6.0 Sport Treadmill through Costco in Sep 2019. Right after the warranty expired, the belt started tearing up around Mar 2021. I ordered for a new belt with Proform Technician to come and fix it. For two times in a row they sent a belt of the incorrect size and they asked me to pay for return shipping.
